Quiet Done
Keep your partner in the loop without managing a shared list
Quiet Done holds the things you’re taking care of and lets your partner know as each one is done. Need something from them? Send a simple request and get their answer. Nothing to install, no shared list to maintain.
Get startedCoordinating a household is a lot to hold
Between the two of you, there’s a running list of what’s been handled and what hasn’t, and most of it lives in someone’s head. Staying current with each other is one more thing to keep track of, on top of everything you’re already carrying.
Take care of things in any order
Hand Quiet Done what you’re taking on as it comes up. Come back to each one whenever you get to it, in whatever order. It keeps the open ones straight, so you don’t have to hold the list in your head.
Your partner hears it’s done
When something’s handled, your partner gets a short note, with whatever detail you want to pass along. They don’t install anything, open an app, or check a board. No one has to ask, and no one’s left wondering.
Ask for one thing back
It works the other way too. Send your partner one request on a private link, with nothing to install. They can accept, decline, or mark it already done. Nothing is added to their list unless they accept.
No shared system to keep up
Shared to-do apps only work if both people keep the same board current, and most couples don’t. Quiet Done asks nothing of your partner, and little of you beyond saying what’s going on.
Handle things as you go, ask for what you need, and nobody has to nag.
