Terms
The deal for using Quiet Done.
Effective date: July 2, 2026.
The service
Quiet Done is a personal task tracker. You capture small tasks, and when you mark one done, the app sends a short completion note to a recipient you have chosen. You can also ask a recipient to handle one thing; they accept, decline, or mark it done from a private link. That is the whole service. It is not a general productivity, calendar, or messaging tool.
Your account
You sign in through Firebase, using Google sign-in or a passwordless email link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Quiet Done to harass, deceive, or send unwanted messages, and not to attempt to overload, probe, or break the service.
Recipients and consent
You are responsible for the recipients you add. By adding a recipient, you confirm you have their permission to send them completion notes. Text-message notes are sent only after the recipient confirms they want them, and you must not work around that confirmation. Requests follow the same rules: send them only to people who welcome them, and respect a decline or a block.
How interpretation works
Quiet Done uses an AI model to suggest actions from what you type. The model only proposes; the app decides whether to act, ask you to confirm, or do nothing. Completing a task and notifying someone happens automatically only when the app is confident, and you get a window to undo before a note goes out. Even so, the model can be wrong. Review your completions; you are responsible for the notes that go out from your account.
Delivering notes
Notes are sent on a best-effort basis. Delivery timing is not guaranteed; pending notes are sent when the app next handles a request. A monthly usage cap may pause outbound notes, while capturing tasks keeps working.
Plans and billing
Quiet Done has a free plan and a paid plan, Quiet Done Plus. The free plan is the full app with email delivery and modest monthly limits. Plus adds text-message delivery, more people, and higher limits.
Plus is a subscription billed through Stripe, with the exact price shown on the pricing page and at checkout. New subscriptions may start with the free trial shown at checkout; your card is collected up front, and the subscription becomes paid automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled.
You can cancel anytime from Manage billing on the Account page. If you cancel, future charges stop; Plus stays active through the period you already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan. Payments for a partial period are not refunded, but if something went wrong, write to support@quietdone.com and we will sort it out.
Prices and plan limits may change with notice. Changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
Ending use
You may stop using Quiet Done at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse, or to protect the service or other people.
Disclaimer
Quiet Done is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that notes will be delivered, delivered on time, or that interpretations will be correct.

To the extent allowed by law, Quiet Done and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed, late, or incorrect notifications.
