Quiet Done
About Quiet Done
A private task list for the small things other people are waiting on.
The idea
Most personal task apps help you remember what to do. Quiet Done also handles the small follow-up afterward: letting the right person know that you finished it.
Your list stays private. For each task, you choose who should receive a short completion update—or choose nobody. Recipients do not need an account, an app, or access to your open tasks.
What it deliberately leaves out
Quiet Done is not a project-management system. It has no calendars, priorities, shared boards, streaks, or team dashboards. Simplicity is the point: write a task, finish it, and quietly close the loop.
Requests work the same quiet way
You can send one request on a private link. The recipient can accept, decline, or mark it already done without creating an account. Nothing is added to their list unless they choose to accept it.
